We do not store your complete card, UPI or other payment credentials.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation from Psychalov.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Psychalov reserves the right to accept or cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions or other operational reasons.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are requested to inspect products upon delivery and report any damaged, defective or incorrect product within the specified period.
